Settimo is seeking the best of the best industry talent that embodies ‘sprezzatura’, the Italian notion of considered nonchalance, to bring the full Settimo experience to life.

We are currently recruiting for the Food & Beverage Supervisor role.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Experience in supervising a large team

• A strong passion for and knowledge of food, wine, cocktails & beer.
• Experience in supervising a large team
• Responsible for coordinating the work of the Food and Beverage Attendants in an efficient manner, whilst maintaining quality and standards.
• A strong focus on service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a clear anticipation of guests needs.
• Extremely organised and driven

Successful applications are required to have significant food & beverage experience in standalone restaurants and be able to deliver authentic hospitality with a passion to continuously further knowledge and skill.
